Pierre FEUGIER

Guitar, backing vocals and Karkabs.

Born in La tronche, near Grenoble. He started to play the guitar at a very young age and practiced the instrument for 6 years in the USA. Graduated in musicology in the "groove school of music", his specialties being the guitar, the arrangings and the orchestration. He gets interested in traditional musics from south america or africa. At the same time he plays with different bands on the stages of Los Angeles: Evan Kurtz quartet, Jay Daversa Big band, Duck rutherford big band...

He has been an assistant of Al Davis in the class of jazz orchestration in Golden West College, then he comes back to France where he carries on his profession at the Tchni music school.

Since 92, he is with amazigh in Gnawa Diffusion as a guitar player. He introduces his jazz and latino sensitivity into the band.
